forthcoming (adj.) – about to happen or appear in the near future
Teens and young adults are literally “forthcoming”, and that is why they are my favorite humans. They are a bundle of contradictions as they navigate adolescence: school stress, the college process, social media, relationships. They feel anxious or frustrated, but little do they know: THEY have the power. *
Many feel stuck or behind. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch glimpses of their true selves before they retreat again, overwhelmed by choices and pressure. The good news is they don’t need to be fixed – they just need to recognize the superpowers they already possess.
That’s where I can help. My personalized, one-on-one coaching encourages them to explore and to shift their mindset towards confidence and well-being.
I inspire, build confidence and motivate with non-judgmental optimism. I have coached hundreds of teens and young adults over the last 15 years through listening, trust and a healthy dose of humor, making them feel heard, understood and empowered enough to maximize their potential.
I guide young people through self-discovery in ways even the best parent can’t.
I use an evidence-based approach with strategic tools grounded in psychology and neuroscience that equip young people with the social-emotional and cognitive skills to thrive – at school, at work and well into adulthood.
