Free 20-minute Initial Consultation – connect virtually or by phone to see if we are a good fit
Goal Identification - create a vision of your ideal future – what’s working now? what feels off? Then set small goals that build immediate momentum, often within the first 30 days. Your goals will determine the plan, including the number of sessions (often 4-6, sometimes more)

Personalized Virtual Sessions with focused discussions led by the client. Identify and explore your natural strengths and values and learn to use them to tackle obstacles. Create action steps complete with accountability strategies.
Unlimited text or email support for the duration of the coaching plan.
